Excellent and absolutely great accommodation with a fantastic setting just next door to numerous restaurants and cafes. Brand-new and comfortable room. Particularly good bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Soft bed. Good 

Comfortable stay with great customer service and a convenient location in a nice area.

I had a huge room complete with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a coffee maker. All the staff was incredibly nice and pleasant, fixed my issues.

Everything was perfect, the parking was on-site, the room was great-sized. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The team provided a good service. Location: the hotel was short walk to numerous restaurants and cafés, numerous shop

There was nothing I didn't like.

Centrally located. Near ocean. Many museums and ruins within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very limited lunch / dinner menu.. Free breakfast so, so. We ate most of our meals at other nearby establisments.. Www.Booked.net says in discription that there is airport transportation provided.. Itt was provided, but for a $20 usd fee each way which was not stated on Booked.net web site.

staff service was so good. they can speak english. restaurant was good. it was delicious and they open until late night.

We had a great location during our stay in Lima at Hotel Santa Cruz. The internet connection was reliable and met our needs. The hotel also resolved an issue with our room assignment promptly and efficiently. 

The hotel was really comfortable, nice design, carpeted and quiet, great staff, great food, delicious hamburgers!!, air con in all rooms, loads of tv, 15 min walk from center of miraflores, free wifi, really happy!

1. No staircase. 2. I reached a few hours before their check-in time and was to leave very early the next morning. They allowed me to check in early after some arguments, but didn't allow me to have breakfast. They weren't obliged to, but it would have been a good gesture especially as it would not have cost anything extra to the hotel.
